Normally, to make a film like this, you would need travel, winter locations, a weather window, transport, wardrobe logistics, production support, cold-weather equipment handling, and a lot of patience. If the conditions shift, the whole plan shifts with them. In this case, that stack was replaced by an AI workflow that gave us creative control without dragging a full production through snow, wind, and mountain schedules.
