How It Works

Our approach gives you the quality of a high-end commercial agency without the headache. We know how hospitality works. Our crew is lean, fast, and polite. We plan around your quietest hours to ensure your guests are never bothered, while still capturing the magic of your property.

1. Discovery & Planning

We jump on a quick call to understand your unique selling points (USPs). We’ll discuss the key areas to feature—like the spa, signature restaurant, or luxury suites—and create a shot list. To reserve your shoot date, a $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due before final delivery, and final high-resolution files are delivered once the balance is paid in full. One date change is allowed if requested at least 5 business days in advance. If the project is canceled after the shoot date is reserved, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. The Shoot Day

Our professional crew arrives with top-tier equipment. We work efficiently and quietly, capturing authentic, unscripted moments of your property and staff in their natural flow.

3. Post-Production

Back in the studio, our editors bring the footage to life. We handle the color grading, pacing, and music licensing to ensure the video feels exactly like a stay at your hotel.

4. Review & Delivery

You receive the first draft via a private link. You have two rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect. Once approved, we deliver the final high-res files ready to drive bookings.
